Please read the instructions thoroughly before completing the application for rent.

1. Please complete a separate application for each adult over the age of 18 that will be occupying the property. Once the application is complete, if you have been selected for the property. There is a non-refundable 40$ fee for the credit screening.

2. The application must be signed prior to processing. The average processing time is 3 working days. Please note, in unique circumstances the screening could exceed the 3 working day period.

3. Rental properties will not be shown without approved application(s). Applications will be accepted when the rental property is vacant and/or ready to be shown.

4. By submitting your application and providing us with the fee, you will be authorizing Hollister Rental Properties to run a full credit check.

  • Hollister Rental Properties does not tour properties without completed applications.

  • Yes, All residential properties can accept section 8.

  • This is entirely up to the owner of the specific property you are applying for. Please call and ask if you have any questions about pets at a property?

  • Hollister Rental Properties does employ tenant screening products that can include a credit screening, Backround Check, ETC

  • Distribution of utilities is a property specific question, Please call us and ask about the property you are interested in.

  • Everyone applying over the age of 18 must fill out an application.
